This document describes how to allow a NET-use technician to remotely control your PC.
Please follow this procedure ONLY when instructed by a member of our staff.
>> Browse to http://www.net-use.be/nuqs.exe
>> Click “Run” in the File Download-window as shown below :
>> Once the application has been downloaded, click “Run” again :
>> The application will start and you will see the following :
>> When requested (by phone or email), please tell us the eight-numbered ID.
Please ignore the password field, as it is locked for additional security purposes.
>> The remote session will remain active for as long as the software is running.
